01 JUNE 2024

HIDDEN GEM, ONLY ONE HOUR’S DRIVE FROM CAPE TOWN

General

The Grabouw 4x4 is situated in the Kogelberg Biosphere, surrounded by the Hottentots Holland, Nuweberg and Groenland Mountains. Although the trail is only one hour from Cape Town, you will feel that you left the city 1000 miles behind you.  The trail boasts breath taking and spectacular views over the surrounding mountain slopes with flourishing fynbos, the many fruit orchards and the Eikenhof Dam.

Upgraded Grabouw 4x4 trail

The Grabouw 4x4 trail has undergone a complete facelift with numerous new options available to visitors. There are different routes to satisfy the needs of drivers of 4x4 vehicles without low range to extreme routes where only modified 4x4 vehicles can drive. Cederberg 4x4 will be driving the purple route with a 2 – 3 grading. The 4x4 trail consists of mountain tracks through the pristine fynbos and rocky sections where the driver’s attention and concentration is required to safely traverse these more difficult sections.

In short this is a must-visit 4x4 trail close to home for every 4x4 enthusiast.  Invite your 4x4 friends and join Cederberg 4x4 on a guided trip to a great venue. To secure your place, contact Coenie via return mail for a booking form or on one of the numbers listed below.
