All our trips are Self-Drive. Our Long Trips are mainly leisure tours without serious 4x4ing, except in the dunes of the Namib Desert and the Kalahari or perhaps crossing the rivers of the Wild Coast. We do, however, travel 'off-the-beaten-track', so on most of our trips only 4x4 vehicles, with or without low range, can be accommodated.
With our trips being very family orientated, we try to incorporate the school holidays in our planning.
• Our excursions are usually camping excursions, so everyone must be equipped accordingly, although chalet/lodge options are available at many destinations.
• With regard to catering, everyone must be totally self-sufficient for all meals for the duration of the trip except for the Namib Desert trip where meals are supplied.
